7 (MORE OR LESS) SIMPLE IDEAS FROM OUR HOME
We love how simple it is to make changes around the house with paint, we must warn you though - once you start it's hard to stop! Here are some of our favourite projects from our home and showroom, save them for a rainy day when creativity strikes!

Create your own wallpaper! A bit time consuming but perhaps meditative? And you’ll be the only one in the world to have it! Here we used a thin paintbrush and wall paint Aperitif from Klint Colors, and simply painted straight on to the wall.

2. Make a blob!
I’ve never really been a fan of accent walls, but sometimes you want a change and it’s simply not possible to paint a whole room. We did a ’blob’ instead in the showroom, which I think makes it feel more alive (and it’s really easy to change!). See image below for the same room but with different blob colors!

3. Paint the ceiling in an unexpected color, to draw the view upwards and make the room feel taller and more alive. Here we used Aloha for the ceiling, and Pippi for the walls, both from Klint Colours.

A hallway is a great place for a mural - you pass it everyday but you don’t spend huge amount of time there, so you probably won’t get tired of the motif. We went quite crazy in ours and haven't regretted it!
5. Go all in on one color - save yourself time while painting and create a cozy feeling with a color drenched room. Here we used Vinho Verde from Klint Colours.

6. Perhaps we’ve all tried to erase the images of wallpaper borders from our minds, but a simple, painted border can make for a fun detail (and you don’t have to make that dreaded straight line!).

7. Highlight a mirror or frame with a simple illustration - costs close to nothing but looks really customized and special!
